Healing doesn’t mean you’ll feel happy, positive or optimistic 24/7.⁣

Our emotional needs aren’t “too much” or “needy” - they’re human. ✨⁣

We all long for connection, belonging, honesty, play, and to feel truly seen and understood.⁣
⁣

✨ Validating your feelings and actually letting them out⁣
✨ Acknowledging and expressing your needs⁣
✨Prioritizing your authenticity ⁣
