Heal from your relational trauma.
Get out of fight-flight-freeze-fawn.
Reconnect with your authentic self.
Build relationships that feel safe, secure, and more aligned.

As a relational trauma therapist, I believe healing happens when we feel seen, safe, and supported by others - not when we push through or “just get over it.”

You’ve done so much to hold it all together. You’re self-aware, high-functioning, and strong - and yet, you still feel stuck. Maybe your body’s always tense. Maybe you dissociate and numb out when you’re overwhelmed or exhausted. Maybe you over-function in relationships, perform for connection, or react intensly to big emotions in ways that feel out of your control. Maybe you just know something’s off, even if you can’t name it!

These aren’t things that are “wrong” with you - they’re often relational trauma responses or attachment wounds that at one point kept you surviving and safe. And honestly they make a lot of sense when you think about it. But now, we just have to teach your nervous system that you don’t need these protective responses anymore.

Relational trauma isn’t always one big event. It’s often chronic, relational, and invisible - built over time from feeling unseen, unsupported, or unsafe. You might’ve learned to shrink yourself, keep the peace, or stay hyper-aware of others to keep love, connection, or emotional safety.

In therapy, we’ll explore these patterns through a holistic, nervous-system-informed lens. I blend EMDR, somatic approaches, parts work, and mindfulness-based tools to help your body feel safer, your emotions feel more manageable, and your inner world feel less overwhelming.

We’ll work together to rebuild self-trust, reconnect with your authentic self, learn how to manage big emotions, tolerate discomfort, and create more ease in your relationships.

Not all relational trauma looks the same.

Trauma can show up in so many ways - chronic stress, emotional flashbacks, difficulty trusting, big emotions that are hard to manage, people-pleasing, or a constant sense of being on edge.

Whether it’s childhood trauma, attachment conditioning, or complex PTSD, your story deserves more than a surface-level fix. I take a nervous system-informed, attachment-focused approach to help you untangle the roots of your pain, reconnect with yourself, and create meaningful, lasting change.

Signs Of Relational Trauma Impacting You:

You feel “too sensitive,” “too much,” and “not enough” at the same time

You have a hard time trusting yourself, trusting others, setting boundaries, or asking for what you need

Your nervous system lives in overdrive (fight/flight) - or shuts down completely (freeze) when things get too much. You feel dysregulated, reactive, or dissociated often.

You’ve been through therapy before, but never felt safe enough to get deep or you have but don’t feel like anything has changed and these patterns keep showing up despite the fact that you know them

Here’s what we’ll do together

As a relational trauma therapist, I aim to help you feel safe in your body, trust yourself, trust others again, and break free from survival mode

We’'ll move at a pace that feels safe and supportive - never rushed or forced. We’ll explore the roots of your patterns with curiosity, not judgement, so you can finally understand why you feel the way you do.

Through somatic approaches and a deeply relational approach - we’ll help your nervous system unlearn survival strategies that no longer serve you. I am also an EMDR therapist, which is an evidence based trauma treatment (learn more here) that helps you process and heal from trauma by targeting distressing memories and shifting how they’re stored in the brain.

Together, we’ll identify any trauma responses, build self-trust, increase emotional regulation, establish healthier relationships to feel more connected to other people again, and reconnect you with the parts of yourself you’ve had to dismiss or neglect.

This will be your space to feel, to heal, and reconnect with your authentic self. To build lasting confidence, to feel grounded, and to process what’s been holding you back from the life you really want and deserve.

At the end of the day, I want you to know:

Past experiences don’t have to continue holding you back. You are not broken. Your story makes sense. And you are worthy of healing, connection, and a life that doesn’t feel out of control.
