I am based in New York City, however I provide virtual therapy to adults in New York, Washington DC, New Jersey, and Maryland.
If you are in NYC and open to occasional in-person sessions, I have an office space in the financial district I use once a month.
-
I will create a portal for you through my HIPPA compliant system, simple practice. From there, you will be able to access our video sessions, paperwork, and scheduling.
Sessions are typically 50 minutes long and start at a weekly cadence.
I offer 75 or 90 minute sessions if we are doing EMDR/parts work or several hour intensives if you would like accelerated and deeper healing.
-
I only offer in-person therapy sessions once a month in the financial district of NYC. Otherwise, I am fully virtual.
If you are interested in a therapy intensive - I do offer those in-person in the financial district of NYC.

I do not accept insurance! My fee is $275 for 50 minute long sessions and I ask for at least a 2-3 month weekly session cadence to build our relationship and make sure we have set the foundation before dropping to bi-weekly.
I am an out-of-network provider though, which allows me to offer deeply personalized care without the limitations insurance companies often place on treatment. Many of my clients are able to receive partial reimbursement through their out-of-network benefits which you can check here.
If you are interested in longer sessions I offer 75-90 minutes if you know you want enough time to dive deep or do EMDR. ($400-$475)
I also provide therapy intensives (even longer sessions for specific goals that are way more short term) - they are fully private pay and not eligible for reimbursement. Learn more about EMDR therapy intensives here.
All of the above options we can discuss on the free consultation call and I am happy to share my recommendations on what may be most supportive to you!

50 minutes where we will explore what is going on for you or focus on the goals we set for therapy together. I will be there to create an open and safe space to hear you, listen, validate, leave you feeling understood, heard and seen.
I will also compassionately challenge you, hold you accountable, give feedback and guidance, and bring in tools/strategies to make meaningful changes.
We will end with setting intentions for the upcoming week and make sure you are integrating what we discuss outside of sessions. I am open to suggestions, feedback, and regularly check to make sure we are meeting your needs.
Sessions will also feel fun, it’s not always focusing on the hard stuff - we will laugh, focus on your strengths, and celebrate wins together. I am relational in nature, meaning I like to show up as my human self too, so I stress the importance of our therapeutic relationship! Regardless of modalities, I think it’s most important to feel a connection with your therapist.
If we are doing 90 minute sessions or intensives, we will follow a more structured and planned out approach - likely using EMDR, somatic tools, and other modalities that we have discussed together to meet specific intentions and goals.
-
In order for therapy to be effective and for us to work on your goals thoroughly - therapy requires a consistent frequency and commitment. I recommend and will ask for us to start weekly at 50 minutes.
After therapy goals have been met, we can drop in frequency over time to bi-weekly sessions as long as clinically appropriate.
If you would like more time than 50 minutes especially if we are using EMDR - I offer 75-90 minute sessions as well.
In terms of longevity - this completely depends! I do usually work long term since my specialties require it, so the therapy process can last anywhere from 6 months to many years and ongoing!
If you are looking for shorter term accelerated healing - I offer EMDR intensives from 3-4 hours over multiple days (plus an intake and post integration session). Learn more about therapy intensives here.

I do not currently accept insurance in-network. However, your plan may have out of network benefits which means you may be eligible for reimbursement according to your plan. So you would be paying up front a fee of $275 per session, however depending on your plan you may get reimbursed (often up to 80%). To determine that, click here. If you do have those benefits, I am happy to submit superbills (detailed invoice receipts) to you as frequently as you need. I also partner with a platform called Mentaya that will submit the claims for you at a 5% of the session fee if you don’t want to deal with it yourself. If that is of interest to you, please let me know on our consult call.

I specialize in working with adults who are navigating trauma, anxiety, burn out, people pleasing, codependency, and perfectionism.
Many of my clients are high achieving, self aware, and deeply caring - but feel stuck in cycles of overthinking, self doubt, and emotional exhaustion. I work best with individuals who are ready to go beyond the surface level coping and explore the deeper roots of their patterns.
Please note I also have extensive experience working with teens, young adults, depression, ADHD, Autism spectrum, disordered eating, alcohol use, and sober curiosity. These are my additional specialties and I do see clients with these needs.

I have a 48 hour cancellation and rescheduling policy for individual therapy! If you do not cancel or reschedule 48 hours ahead of time, you will be charged the full session fee.
I have a different policy for support groups and intensives, which I will share separately during our consultation!

This is one of the most common things I hear and it makes complete sense!
First - let me tell you what I'm not. I'm not the sit-in-silence, stare-at-you-blankly, and nod therapist. I show up as a real human. I share my observations, reflect patterns back to you, offer feedback and guidance, and will compassionately challenge you when you need it.
Therapy with me is a two-way conversation - not a performance review where you talk and I nod. Many clients tell me they didn’t feel they ever found the right fit. And thats extremely important.
That said - the how I work is only part of it. The what matters too.
Most people who find me have already done therapy. They've gained awareness, they understand their patterns, they know why they do what they do - and yet nothing has really shifted. They're still people-pleasing, still anxious, still exhausted, still stuck in the same cycles.
Here's why: most traditional therapy stays in the mind. You talk about your patterns, you gain insight, you leave with some coping strategies. And for some people, that's enough. But for anxiety, people-pleasing, hypervigilance, and relational trauma - insight alone rarely creates lasting change. Because these patterns aren't just thoughts. They live in your nervous system, your body, and your attachment patterns - and they need to be worked with at that level.
My approach is different because we go deeper. We work with:
-Your nervous system and why it stays stuck in survival mode
-Your attachment patterns and where they came from
- The parts of you that learned over-giving, people-pleasing, and self-abandonment as a way to stay safe
-Your body and not just your thoughtsIf you've done therapy before and felt like you were circling the same themes without real movement - that's not a sign that healing isn't possible for you. It's a sign you need a different kind of support. And that's exactly why I offer this! Learn more about the different modalities.
