“I’m not an angry person.”⁣
Have you ever said that? Or felt guilty when you did feel anger?⁣

Acceptance doesn’t mean you’re giving up. It means you’re letting go of the internal resistance and battle.⁣

Because resistance to pain is what causes suffering.⁣
